Hourly billed support and training for key employees

Unit: Hour

Timeframe: 1st complexity level tasks = up to 4 business hours, 2nd level = up to 2 business days, 3rd level = transferred to "Material Package" or "Work Package"

Payment Terms: Weekly payment based on completed tasks, optional advance or split payments

Result Assessment: Considered accepted by client in absence of complaints
