Continuous Training and Support

Daily support and training for a key employee

Unit: Calendar week (daily) per employee

Timeframe: Tasks of 1st complexity level = up to 2 business hours, 2nd level = up to 2 business days, 3rd level = transferred to "Material Package" or "Work Package"

Payment Terms: Weekly payment, as convenient for the client

Result Assessment: Considered accepted by client in absence of complaints
