Operational technological support for 1st and 2nd complexity level tasks. Up to 20 users included. Additional users at €10 each.

Unit: Month

Timeframe: 1st level tasks = up to 2 business hours, 2nd level = up to 2 business days, 3rd level = transferred to "Material Package" or "Work Package"

Payment Terms: Full prepayment within the first week of each month

Result Assessment: Considered accepted by client in absence of complaints
